November 1 – Toy request application opens – ONLINE ONLY
November 30 – LAST DAY to submit applications
December 6 – Notification of approval and appointment time
       *     Toy requests can only be made ONLINE in Cortland County
       *     Recipients MUST be residents of Cortland County
       *      Please submit a valid, operating email address when applying.
               This is the only way Toys for Tots will communicate and send notifications.
       *     Parent/Guardian ID showing proof of residency and a child’s ID (birth certificate, guardianship   
               papers) must be presented at distribution day.

Please provide LEGAL NAME AND AGE of each child – Please do not alter the child’s legal name or age in anyway to receive additional toys. Duplicate applications will not be processed and will result in entire request being denied. PLEASE NOTE!! THE AGE RANGE HAS CHANGED!!! WE ARE FILLING APPICATIONS FOR AGES 0-14 ONLY!!
